I'm very happy that I found Roosevelt Square. I feel incredibly safe, and am constantly pleased with the speed of the maintenance staff. Can't beat the amenities either.

Premier apartment complex in the heart of Phoenix. Upscale neighborhood near Hance Park and Japanese Garden. Restaurants, hotels, wine bar, light rail all within sight of the building. Twice I left my phone on a bench outside the building over the 6 years I have lived here.... Twice it was returned! Enough said?

Very pleasant, quiet,clean community. Area around community beautiful. Maintenance work done very quickly and professionally. Parking very convenient. Apartments are well maintained, when we moved in everything was perfect.

Ive enjoyed living here! Beautiful pool, beautiful apartments. The gym is excellent and the neighborhood couldnt be more perfect. Its very safe and many coffee shops and local restaurants. Light rail train is literally across the street.

I wish I could give Mechelle 10 stars. She is truly one of the reasons Roosevelt Square is so great. She always a ray of sunshine and will go above and beyond for you every time.
