Premier apartment complex in the heart of Phoenix. Upscale neighborhood near Hance Park and Japanese Garden. Restaurants, hotels, wine bar, light rail all within sight of the building. Twice I left my phone on a bench outside the building over the 6 years I have lived here.... Twice it was returned! Enough said?

Ive enjoyed living here! Beautiful pool, beautiful apartments. The gym is excellent and the neighborhood couldnt be more perfect. Its very safe and many coffee shops and local restaurants. Light rail train is literally across the street.
